TCPA Disclosure

Disclosure version 2026-05-08-v1.0 · Last updated 2026-05-08

The disclosure you agreed to

When you submitted a quote request on HomeServicesCo, you saw and agreed to the following disclosure:

By checking this box and clicking "Match me with roofers," I provide my electronic signature and express written consent for Home Services Co. and up to 4 of its marketing partners to contact me at the phone number and email I provided about home-improvement services, including via autodialed and pre-recorded calls, AI-generated voice messages, and SMS/text messages, even if my number is on a Do Not Call list. Up to 10 msg/mo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. I have read and agree to the TCPA Disclosure, Privacy Policy, and Terms.

What "express written consent" means

Under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, prior express written consent is required before a business contacts you using an autodialer, pre-recorded message, AI-generated voice, or text message for marketing purposes. By checking the consent box, you provided that consent in electronic form, which is legally equivalent to a wet-ink signature under the federal E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001.

Who may contact you

By providing consent, you agreed to be contacted by Home Services Co. and up to 4 of our marketing partners. Our marketing partners are licensed home-improvement contractors in your service area. A list of partner categories is available on our marketing partners page.

How they may contact you

  • Phone calls (including autodialed and pre-recorded)
  • AI-generated voice messages
  • SMS / text messages (up to 10 messages per month)
  • Email

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to text messages.

Do Not Call list override

The express written consent you provided overrides any registration of your phone number with the federal or state Do Not Call registries for purposes of communications related to your quote request and the services you requested.

How to revoke consent

You may revoke consent at any time using any reasonable method, including:

  • Text: Reply STOP to any text message you receive. You will be unsubscribed automatically.
  • Phone: Tell the contractor on a call that you do not wish to be contacted further.
  • Email: Email support@homeservicesco.com with the phone number to revoke.
  • Mail: Send a written revocation to the address listed in our Privacy Policy.

Revocation applies to communications you control. Calls already scheduled or in transit at the moment of revocation may still be received.

Help

Reply HELP to any text message for support, or email support@homeservicesco.com.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You are not required to provide consent in order to receive any goods or services. If you do not wish to consent, you may still call our marketing partners directly using contact information available on their websites.

Records we keep

To document your consent, we record the following at the moment you submit a quote request:

  • The phone number and email address you provided
  • The exact disclosure text shown to you (version 2026-05-08-v1.0)
  • The date, time, and IP address of your submission
  • A TrustedForm certificate (a third-party record of your interaction with the form)
  • The page URL and browser user-agent at the time of consent

We retain these records for at least 5 years following the date of your last interaction.
